Campbell’s Market Basket
Currently conducting usability testing to redesign the Campbell’s Market Basket website. The deliverables are still in progress, but you can explore some of my marketing work for the market below.
HockeyHub
These first iteration wireframes and prototype explore the development of a mobile app designed specifically to create a welcoming environment that enhances the overall hockey experience for all fans (new, underrepresented, long-term, and others).
Headspace
Research conducted to examine how potential users of Headspace interact with both the website and phone app. I was looking to discover user pain points, factors influencing subscription sign up motivation, and the quality of the overall user experience.
Hilton Hotels
Case study examining key factors influencing customer decisions, particularly focusing on loyalty programs, business travelers, and leisure travelers.
